The pool is located on a terrace somewhat below the house. The property is entirely private, with access by a communal road below the house with an electric gate. The house is a traditional farmhouse made from local stone. It offers large spaces and has the comfort necessary for 6 people. All of the rooms have been entirely renovated and combine old-time charm with comfort and modernity. They open onto the garden and afford a sumptuous view of the Bay of Cannes. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are very large (20 m2 and 18 m2), with each one having a large and well-lit en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The third bathroom is a little smaller (12 m2), and it is equipped with a shower and a toilet for total independence. The first bedroom opens onto a balcony overlooking the garden and pool, the second is on the first floor and opens onto a loggia with a magnificent view of the garden, the village of Magagnosc, and the surrounding hills. There is a large and comfortable living/dining room of about 35 m2 with a large opening onto the garden, allowing you to spend lovely moments together in the cool house or in the winter in front of the fireplace. The house also has an independent studio with a piano for music lovers. The kitchen is spacious, clear, well-equipped, and it also opens onto the garden and the terrace. All of the rooms have been entirely renovated and combine old-time charm with comfort and modernity. They open onto the garden and afford a sumptuous view of the Bay of Cannes and the surrounding hills. Everyone will have their own independence, with two large bathrooms with a bathtub, shower, and washbasin en-suite to the two larger bedrooms, and a shower and toilet en-suite to the third bedroom.

Summary: We enjoyed almost 2 nice weeks in this charming and beautiful farmhouse: the view was amazing, gazing at the green hills all the way to the Bay and the sea. The house offered many nice spots offering the possibility to stay both in the sun as well as in the shadow. Very nice pool that we and the children enjoyed a lot on daily basis. Only 10-15 minutes drive from the houses you arrive to the specacular Gorges de Loup, a valley going up into the Mountains with Water Cascades, the river of loup where to hike. And on top of the mountain you find the charming city of Gourdon overviewing the entire valley and area - very beautiful sight indeed. We may certainly recommend this place to other travellers. Summary: Me and my husband, and our three almost grown up children, spend a week in this fantastic place.A big beautiful terassed garden with olive trees and flowers.The pool was big and the area around it very nice.The house was very neat and the rooms big and airy.The kitchen was fully equipped. Outside we had lovely barbecue dinners overlooking the fantastic view of the valley all the way to the sea.There was a pingpong table outside, which was a lot of fun. Nice mountain villages easy to reach by car,and of course the beaches at the coast. Nice walk to the village of Chateau Neuf ,just following our street; A good boulangerie and a typical local café for our morning coffee .
